The best daily rates and promotions are available on-line eleven months in advance. Please contact us directly if you need to book any room beyond this period.

HOTEL POLICIES

Guaranteed reservation and deposit
All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Check in time: from 2 p.m.

Check out time: until 12 p.m.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Cancellation of individual bookings
Cancellation policies may vary. You can learn more during the booking procedure.

Child policy
Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' room. The rollaway bed or the baby cot must be requested in advance. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room.

Pet policy
Only one small or medium sized pet per room is allowed for an extra charge of 15 EUR/day (food is not included). For booking conditions and further information please contact the hotel before you make a reservation.

According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI. law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record identification documents (e.g. ID cards, passports) of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the data subject and others.
In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
